Curd cheesecakes with apricot

These cottage cheese "buns-cheesecakes" look very simple, but in fact they are very fragrant and tasty!
Due to the large amount of cottage cheese, they do not turn out lush, but they have a lot of protein and they are very tasty and satisfying!
Apricot perfectly sets off the taste of cottage cheese dough with its sourness. It will also be very tasty with lingonberries, plums. This is the first thing that came to mind, but I think there are a lot of options here :)
Here's what we'll need:
cottage cheese 300 g
sugar 50 g (for dough) + 50 g (for apricots)
butter 70 g (for dough) + 20 g (for apricots)
egg 2 pcs
milk 50 g
flour 120 g
baking powder 4 g or (soda 3 g, citric acid 1 g)
10 apricots
