I saw Klee's bomb, and I've been watching so much latte art, I knew I had to try! There's like no videos on how to get hard foam to decorate with so I found a way (through trial and error) to show you guys!

Strawberry Compote
-1 cup water
-1 1/2 tablespoon sugar (strawberries aren't sweet/not in season, adjust to your sweetness)
-1 cup chopped strawberry (could also use frozen)
Strawberry milk
-1 1/2 tablespoon compote + 300 ml milk
Hard Milk Foam
-1/2 cup steaming hot milk (skim, 1%, 2% or 3% can work, I used 3% lactose free milk) frothed until volume has stopped expanding (soft peaks), then microwave for 30s (leave space in your container because it will expand) to get stiff/hard milk foam
