Can Ranked Choice Voting lower the level of political hostility in our elections? Can it give more voice and choices for voters, but eliminating the "spoiler" affect that occurs every-time a third party candidate with good ideas, but people are afraid to vote for them, for the risk of "throwing their vote" away by letting the candidate the like to least to win? We went to Maine to find out how their 2018 Ranked Choice Vote went.
