Vizio d55-f2 TV won't turn on
Vizio TV would only flash the power light, but would not turn on. In this video I show how to check out the power supply as well as perform a surface mount fuse repair using only a soldering iron. After confirming the power supply was working correctly, I focused on the main board. I found a small surface mount fuse that was open causing the 24V line to not get to the main board.
TV has been working for several days now with the fuse replaced.
