1. Sugar 1 bowl.450 g
2. Water 1 bowl
3. Cardamoms 2.3
FOR GULAB JAMUN BALLS
1 Packet mtr MTR gulab jamun mix or any 170 / 200 g
2. Mawa / khoya 40 g
5. Paneer 50 g
6.Ghee 1 tsp
7 Food color, any a pinch
8. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
