This is the only way we can get it to consistently work.

We just tried following Epic's most recently tutorial for playing a video in UE 5.3 and we are still having the same issues we had with 5.1. The video would appear on the screen but not play. We then followed this tutorial in 5.3 and it still worked.
We have repeated difficulty importing mp4 files into Unreal Engine's Media Player. We were only able to get this to work with .avi files and setting RHI to default. And even then, we can't guarantee it would continue to work consistently, but it did work finally. This appears to be some sort of bug that will hopefully be fixed in future versions.
