It is made with only THREE ingredients; 1 RIPE Avocado, 1 large EGG and 1 cup of CHEESE of YOUR choice. This is definetly a "munchie game changer" for Me. I loved this recipe and you will too. I have made this recipe 3 more times since I recorded this video........YUP it is that good.
