These easy to make Low Sugar Jams are my new favorites. Mangos, Pineapple and Strawberries are in season. So take advantage of all the "in-season" produce and make Your Family some delicious Low Sugar Jams. The Mangos and the Pineapple were super sweet. The Strawberries were not as sweet but they were still very tasty in that Strawberry Mango Jam. Both Jams would make a delicious topping on Ice Cream or as a Cake Fillings and definitely on top a slice of fresh baked Bread or pastries.........Now I have to make me a Loaf of Bread and some Ice Cream.
