The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines Soft and Deep Tissue massage with essential oils and a complete stretching therapy based on Iyengar-Yoga. In my Therapist Teaching, I combine Kusum Modak's technique, which I learned many moons ago in Pune, with my fundamental experience in Contemporary and Contact Dance and with Reiki and Meditation. The goal is to connect and feel the needs of the receiver on the deepest and highest levels.
I also integrate some basics of Myofascial Release and Structural Alignment as fundamental topics of my massage course, as a clear understanding about correct natural posture and skeleton alignment can guide us to recognize and so release the most common causes of pain and chronic tensions.
Shared knowledge is the best knowledge.
Deep bodywork is more than just bodywork.
