Gedonia RTA 11:38. Played on patch 1.21a (latest at time of run) with easiest difficulty settings. Bard chord damage used in this run has been substantially nerfed in patch 1.22a. Check out the latest videos on my channel for runs in the current patch.
Finally found some new tech that brought us well into sub 12, and it was staring at us in all previous runs. We've discovered that the position of each buff when you enter into the main quest cutscene between the bosses will determine whether or not the buff is removed. Specifically, it appears spot 4 and 8 will remain on. In this run, I apply dark element to ensure that my 3x overload occupies the 4th spot, which eliminates the need for me to do 2x respecs and menuing for the final boss, shedding about 30 seconds from the run. Now, in theory we could manipulate our rage potion into the 8th spot before killing the first boss, 3-cycle both bosses, and achieve sub 11! This could get complicated.
Other than that, I did a horse direction reversal (horsey u-turn) in the Darklands, which seems to be more consistent for mob behavior. I also purchase some mana potions to help smooth things out for the teleport oob glitch respec setup and use them starting around 7:45.
Both boss kills in this run are sub-optimal (each 4-cycle whereas 3-cycle is possible for both), with some damage even missing the final boss completely, so there's some clear time save potential of about 20 seconds there just from chord's skill cooldown alone. This part, as far as I can tell, is heavily RNG, so whoever does a perfect run then tops it off with good damage numbers shall have the god-run... that is, until a new route is discovered!
