Gedonia RTA 12:53. Played on patch 1.22a (latest at time of run) with easiest difficulty settings.
In patch 1.22a bard chord damage was (rightfully) nerfed by about 50%. This has inspired some rerouting since our optimized ~11:00 route is no longer possible on this new patch. Here's an attempt to reclaim the glory, but it still needs some work. I modified the middle part of the run to avoid the Darklands grind. Instead, I do a chain of quests to acquire ~14.9 and enough gold for a respec, potions, and some orc soup. By stacking arcane skills, I removed one required respec. There may be another quest route we can take that is faster than this. I expect we'll beat this time pretty soon, but getting it back down to 11 will be tough!
