Glazing a Bowl with this Genius Technique
In this video I throw a rounded bowl on the wheel. To solve my glazing conundrum I use magnets to hold the pot. For all the details watch the longform @tufts.studio
Magnets really helped me with holding this particular pot for glazing without damaging the glaze.
1. For my hand grip: MAGNETIC HOOK - 80Lb 1" 10pack

2. For the pot: MAGNETIC DISK - 0.98x0.12" 8pack. You can use multiple pieces of this magnet under the pot to add magnetic strength to lift heavier pots. Do however test, test & test... before using this technique in actual glazing.
