#StackedDishes
In this video I make a set of stacking dishes - based on a traditional tiffin. I want to use these dishes for storing, heating and transporting food. No plastic needed. The design is for three ceramic dishes that stack together with a lid. I have plenty of experience making plates and dishes that stack for restaurants, so there's a good chance I can work this out. In spite of my best efforts, pots can still warp in the kiln and these have to fit together perfectly .... but I think i have the perfect solution to this problem!!
This is another original idea from Tufts Studio! #originalidea #originalideas #pottery #potterydesign
The YELLOW RIB featured in nearly every video has been with me for years and I use it for shaping, refining & compressing. I would never want to be without. It's hard to loose... and it just carries on. Along with my wheel - this is with me for the long haul! I would strongly recommend it here:
