Nerf Coming! - Diablo 4 - Season 6 PTR
This build focuses on three things. attackspeed, maximum life and whirlwind. the tricky part is you have to get atleast 30 ranks to tough as nails to get the scaling fast enough to get the build going.

Technically, you'll start by holding down the Whirlwind skill and attacking stacks of mobs to activate Tough as Nails and Barbed Carapace, both of which are being channeled by Whirlwind. I believe the bug is that Whirlwind, as a channeling skill, continually snapshots these effects repeatedly, causing the thorns damage produced by Tough as Nails to be applied continuously. This damage is then scaled by Barbed Carapace to deal 100% more damage every second. That's my theory.
