Runes:
Lith-Wat - Constantly casting Decrepify ( Necro Skill ) as long as your not moving
Cir-Kry - will cast Vortex ( Spiritborn Skill ) as you continue to pummel enemies with Mighty Throw.
This build favors high monster density areas such pits, infernal hordes etc.
The more damage you take the better as Invigorating fury will heal you and you gain resource in the process ( Starlight Aspect )
As long as you're hitting pack of mobs or taking a lot of hits resource will regenerate
