species 14: white sturgeon
When you mix potatoes and the largest freshwater species of fish in North America you end up in the back waters of Idaho fishing the Snake River. We have learned a lot the past year fishing the Snake. Every so often you run into a new species of fish that humbles you and redefines what a fish is. For me, that species was White Sturgeon on the Snake River in Idaho.
