Every summer growing up my family and I would spend weeks at a time in the mountains of Wyoming chasing Snake River Cutthroat. The Snake River cutthroat or fine spotted cutthroat is covered in hundreds of little spots that help it disappear into the riverbed. These gorgeous trout will take anything from micro midges to mature mice. Good food, even better company, and a look at God's canvas is what you'll find in this episode of fish quest.
