I ran 120 kilometres through Hong Kong's most unforgiving terrain — 6,000 metres of elevation gain, two brutal nights, and stairs that genuinely felt infinite. This is the UTMB Translantau120, one of Asia's toughest ultra-marathons, and I'm taking you through every excruciating, beautiful moment of it.

This wasn't just a physical challenge — it was a masterclass in patience, resilience, and trusting your body when your mind is struggling. I went in undertrained (just one marathon in two months) but came out with invaluable lessons about what the human body can actually endure.

Race Stats:
📏 Distance: 117 kilometres
⛰️ Elevation Gain: 5,600+ metres
⏱️ Time: 25 hours
📍 Location: Lantau Island, Hong Kong
🏆 Event: UTMB Translantau120 2025

Whether you're an experienced ultra-runner, contemplating your first 100km, or just fascinated by endurance challenges, this video will give you an honest, unfiltered look at what it takes to conquer one of Asia's most demanding trail races.
