Strawberry Ricotta Cake
Strawberry Ricotta Cake is inspired by a recipe from my book The Italian Table. The original recipe uses figs, but I love using what's in season. Strawberries are perfect, but in the summer you can use peaches and apricots. And in the fall pears and figs (!) are delicious.
