ARMA 3 48th MI Operation Silent Dawn

At 0200 contact was lost with a MARSOC Team that was sent in to the Mountains near Girna (GRID REFERENCE 034029) to investigate claims by a local guerilla group of possible WMDs being manufactured or transported throughout the Island. During extraction the Ghost Hawk crashed due to Anti-Aircraft fire from an unknown location. The MARSOC element reported heavy engagement at the crash site and contact was lost with them shortly after. The 48th MI is to act as a QRF and report immediately to Stratis Airbase. There is a Colonel Basset, a former American interrogation expert now working with CSAT forces, currently at the former Kamino Military Base. It is believed the surviving MARSOC Members will be transported there for interrogation and summary execution. This means we will have a limited window of time to recover these men before they are executed. Intelligence believes roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour will be our window after initial contact to secure these men before they are executed. It is imperative that the MARSOC Survivors are rescued, the Ghost Hawk’s imagery of the possible WMD storage facilities is recovered and the Ghost Hawk wreckage destroyed.
