Project Phantom is a modification for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge developed by Starkku with the help of a large number of contributors. It is a total conversion and not set in the Tiberium or Red Alert universes.
Project Phantom features three factions: the mobile Western Coalition, the powerful Dominion, and the enigmatic Phantom. In addition to the main factions, the Project Phantom has mercenary faction those technology can be accessed by capturing special structures on the map.
Utilising Phobos, an engine extension, Project Phantom adds a number of features to the game no present in the base game: upgrades, visible hit point counters for units and structures, visual and audio effects, and more.
