Shifting Herta Drum Exercise
In Episode 35 of Snare Drum TV, you'll learn a great drum exercise that will help you improve your herta drum rudiments. Hertas are a popular rhythm that you can play in a number of different ways and are a lot of fun to play. This herta drum exercise shifts the start of the herta around to different partials of the beat so that you get comfortable playing a herta with right hand lead and left hand lead as well as starting the herta in different places.
