Ability: After Shock; Immune to POWER DRAIN, blocking specials generates power for static
1st Move: Taser Trap
2nd Move: High Gear
3rd Move: Shock to the System
Static Shocks Gear (MAXED)
Charged Disk: Blocking stops 22%, 20% Chance to Reflect all specials while Blocking, [Static] Area effect oppenent's team takes 15% damage from special 2
