Here's a trick that insures everything that you do. For example, buying a Kombat Pack that you spent a lot of hard earned souls on in exchange for a character you did not like, use this trick and get another chance to redo your opening! ^^ Thanks to Nick, you can also use this on Multiplayer Season Rewards!
