this demonstration for relieving your stuffy nose due to your sinusitus, I'm trying to help you for this easy simple tips and yet effective
all you need :
water and warm water and a bit of salt then mixed it together until the salt dissolves..
then you can pour a little bit of it into one nostril and then tilt your head back at a 45 degree angle then blow your nose so that the liquid comes out..
