our hands is very important so do not ignore if you fell uncomfortable, see your doctor unless you'll gonna REGRETS ..in my case my boss is a doctor his giving me some tips and if not working the other option if the tablets still not useful one last option surgery....we knew surgery is expensive so.try this tips its very useful..
just soak your hands for around 10 minutes every day before you sleep ,and used splints or wrist guards for protection when your sleeping is also useful..hope this tips helps us both..thank you for watching and see you for my next vlogs..
