Pot Roast with Potatoes and Carrots in the Instant Pot Ultra 60 Pressure Cooker
In this easy cooking video, I make a pot roast with potatoes and carrots in my Instant Pot Ultra 60 pressure cooker. The ingredients I used are a 2 lb beef chuck roast, 2 lbs of baby potatoes, 1 lb of baby carrots, 4 stalks of celery, 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder, 3 cups of water, 3 teaspoons of Better Than Bouillon, and salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper to taste. The cooking time is 40 minutes on the Pressure Cook setting.
