How to Grill Marinated Chicken Leg Quarters ~ Easy Cooking
In this easy cooking video, I grill some chicken leg quarters on my Weber Q1200 portable propane gas grill. The ingredients I used for my chicken marinade are 1/2 avocado oil and 1/2 red wine vinegar. I also sprinkled in some salt, Worcestershire Sauce, and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. The chicken marinated for 90 minutes at room temperature. Then it cooked on LOW for 1 hour until the internal temperature of reached 175 degrees F. I turned the chicken over and brushed it with marinade several times during the cook.
