Ingredients:
White Jelly:
☑️ 500 ml yogurt (of your choice)
☑️ 15 g gelatin
☑️ 100 ml milk (for soaking gelatin)
☑️ 150 g almond petals
Colored Jelly:
☑️ 500 ml water or clear juice
☑️ sugar to taste
☑️ citric acid to taste
☑️ 100 g almond petals
☑️ 15 g gelatin
☑️ 100 ml clean water (for soaking gelatin)
☑️ a few drops of the water-soluble food coloring in blue and lavender colors (I used Blue Spirulina and 150 ml Blueberry juice)
