Baking pan size: 25 cm (10 inches) in diameter
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (355°F). If necessary, cover the pie with parchment a few minutes before it’s done to prevent burning.
Ingredients:
☑️ 2 chicken eggs
☑️ a pinch of salt
☑️ 65 g of sugar
☑️ 2 g of vanillin
☑️ 60 g of butter (melted)
☑️ 200 ml of milk
☑️ 7 g of yeast
☑️ 450-500 g of white flour
☑️ 2 tbsp of starch (potato or corn)
For the filling:
☑️ 9 tbsp of thick apple jam
☑️ 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
Sweet water for glazing the pie:
☑️ 1 tbsp of sugar
☑️ 3 tbsp of water
1 egg for glazing
