Music for 18 Cave Dwellers
This film is inspired by the work of minimalist composer Steve Reich and his technique of phasing (in particular, the piece Clapping Music. Check out Adam Neely's video on Clapping music if this kind of thing interests you: • Clapping Music (minimalism on the bass gui... ).
The film is relatively simple but is the result of several experiments done between projects in the last 3 or so years, so I'm glad to have finally finished something out of these experiments.
