The motivation levels have taken a hit.
Getting out and running is no problem, but the solo speed session have become a battle.
I go through a couple of session this week, in what was my highest mileage week of the year.
And some more focus on maintenance and recovery has brought about a pleasant surprise.
The Gold Coast Half Marathon is coming up quickly.
