2024 Midwest Open R3 | Xukun Jiang 5D vs. Soren Jaffe 5D
Hello! I recently participated in the 2024 Midwest Open in Columbus, Ohio, at the Baduk Mansion! It was a five round, AGA-rated tournament, hosted by Baduk Club and directed by Devin Fraze. I will be reviewing all five of my games played during the event.
My third round opponent was Xukun Jiang 5D, an 8 year old boy who recently moved to the US, and was 2-0 in the tournament. I wanted to see how well I could compete against the child prodigy so I was very excited for this match!
