3rd Cleveland Go Club Rating Tournament R2 | Soren Jaffe 5D vs. Manny Jauregui 1D
Today I review my second round game from the 3rd Cleveland Go Club Rating Tournament that was held on June 2nd.
My opponent, Manny Jauregui 1 dan, is someone I have known for a longtime and someone who I have seen grow stronger and stronger ever since he was a double digit kyu player. It is awesome seeing him improve, and finally reach that coveted 1 dan rank. But now that he is that strong, I get to test him and see what his strength is all about! His style is one that can be frustrating to play against in a handicap game (so solid!), so see how I am able to combat it and see if it'll be enough to win the game.
