Create an Alexa Skill with Firebase and React Dashboard
In this exciting three part series we'll build a Firebase backed Alexa Skill
along with a realtime dashboard in React. It's a fun project that is a lot of fun to
demo with your friends and is a good intro to the Alexa Skill SDK.
This will be a Coffee Stand sales tracker that is voice powered with our custom Alexa Skill. The transactions will be saved in a Firebase Firestore database which means we can easily add a live updating dashboard with React!
This first part of the video is an introduction to the Alexa Developer Console and we'll look into training a model with an intent, adding a request handler with AWS Lambda, and debug our model with the testing interface.
