Ingredients for 4 mini cheesecakes:
150 grams of speculaas
55 grams of butter
100 grams of white chocolate
65 grams of cream cheese
65 grams mascarpone
65 milliliters of whipping cream
25 grams of powdered sugar
0.5 teaspoon vanilla aroma
1 bag of whipped cream stiffener
12 blackberries (or raspberries)
Also necessary
4 quiche molds of 10 centimeters with loose bottom
