Shish Kebab Appetizer
Cherry tomatoes - 500g
Purple onion - 1
Lemon - 0.5
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fresh parsley - 1 bunch
Fresh basil - 1 bunch
Balsamic cream - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop all the vegetables, layer them in a jar, and pour in the dressing. Close the lid, turn the jar a couple of times, and in an hour you'll have a delicious shish kebab appetizer.
