300g pasta of your choice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste
500ml passata (strained tomatoes)
250ml pasta water
Pepper
1 tbsp Just Spices tomato sauce seasoning
1 handful of fresh basil
100g cherry tomatoes
For garnish:
