SOLUTION: Your app is not compliant with Google Play Policies
An app of mine passed the review process and was on the Play Store. A month or 2 later, after doing no changes to my app at all, I got an email to tell me that my app was removed due to it breaching their metadata policy. In this video, I will show you how I made my app compliant with Google Play Metadata Policy and hopefully help you to prevent getting your app removed with some tips.
So this is not the first time I have had an app removed by Google. This video explains what steps to take and this description will provide some tips to help you to learn from my mistakes
1. Don't repeat words (even if the word is 'the' apparently)
2. Make sure that your screenshots don't contain anything unsuitable for kids, even if your app is aimed at adults (Black out any swear words or sexual words and also don't show blood etc)
3. Don't have an app icon that is similar to another one on the Play Store. It is worth checking on the Play Store before publishing your design, especially if it is a simple design. Note, it can be classed as similar even if the colours are different and it contains a different image
4. The questionnaire to get an age rating must be accurate. Even if you fill it correctly, like I did once, Google can still decide it is not the right age range. For example, I made an app that contained adult content for it to then be declined. Google said that it should be suitable for a younger audience. So I change the app content to make it more suitable for a younger audience and then Google says that my app should be for an older audience. After more changes, I eventually got the app approved
Please note that you can contact Google if you disagree with their decision to remove your app.
