Present Perfect is FORMED:
1. by using the auxiliary verbs "have" or "has" + past participle of the verb (V3/Ved)

◽️They have cleaned the room.

2. by using "have not" or "has not" (haven't/hasn't) + past participle of the verb (V3/Ved)

Present Perfect is USED:
1. when we want to talk about unfinished actions or states or habits that started in the past and continue to the present

2. when we want to talk about life experience

3. with an unfinished time word (today, this week, this month, this year)
◽️I haven't seen my friend this week.
4. when we speak about a finished action with a result in the present
