Deploy Updates using Intune via Update Rings

Restart behaviour consisting of defer update, deadline and grace period.
Verifying WUFB policies on Windows device via:
1. Settings - updates - View configured update policies
2. Check Access school or work - Policies - update
3. Check Diagnostic Report
Check registry: HKLM\Microsoft\PolicyManager\current\device\Update
