This video is not only about fishing but also shows some of the static waves that any sandbar has and the dangers involved. Don't attempt these places without experience and without the company of other boats. Whenever you want to fish in unfamiliar places, I advise going in the summer with calm seas, small tides and light winds, reconnoitering with a sonar and marking potential dangers, such as very shallow areas.
