An aggressive #securityguard thinks he has the right to seize someone's phone when they are simply filming in a public place, and not breaking any laws.
For all the security guards out there, who have come on here talking rubbish. The #Albertdock, whilst it may be privately owned, IS a public place, simply because it has public access.
Landowner has the right to ask people to leave, but has no right to order people to stop filming, nor to seize anything.
