Tropical Storm Gilma to weaken with remnants of raining expected this weekend
Tropical Storm Gilma, which was recently downgraded from a hurricane, will pass the Hawaiian islands by the end of the week. Weather effects from it are that a major flood threat is not expected with just rainfall over various parts of the state.
