For the Moist Chocolate Cake:

1/2tsp Salt
1cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/3cup Vegetable Oil (Any oil)
3/4cup Evaporated Milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2cup Hot Water
1tsp Powdered Milk (or coffee)
For the Chocolate Frosting:
1 can Small Condensed Milk
1cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
2tbsp Butter
1tsp Vanilla Extract
