Dixie Cups 1960 ad "Talking Germ II" :60, from Georgia-Pacific
The talking germ's plans are foiled by the installation of a Dixie Cup dispenser in the kitchen in this part-animated, part-live action advertisement from 1960. We learn in this ad that one of the younger germ recruits' names is Rupert, and that the lead germ's wardrobe also includes a mounty/military officer's hat.
The ad concludes with the lead germ's frustrated plea "there's nuttin' so injurious to a germ's morale as a Dixie Cup dispenser!"
