Human Resource Compensation: Customize Salary Structure Chart with Employee Data
In this video, I share how to customize a salary range progression bar chart, to include employee data as scatter dots within the chart. This can come in helpful to get a visual of how employee pay is falling within established or potential salary ranges.
Add another element to your bar charts, by using a combo bar/scatter graph – this can work for any spreadsheet where you are comparing actuals against targets, for a more appealing visual.
