Maybe your teenager is swearing at you, or they say they hate you, or they’re criticizing you or blaming you for something.

Maybe they just have a lot of intense emotions and that feels triggering for you.

It can be really hard to hold steady in the face of big teen energy that’s intense and targeted at you.

In this video, I share some tips to ease the conflict and intensity, and move towards resolution and connection.
