Insomnia, more than the “usual fatigue” of parenting, overwhelm, brain fog. Those were just a few of the symptoms I had when parenting my young son–and I had no idea of the cause, or what I could do about it.
It turned out I had adrenal fatigue, and although I have lots of fond memories of those years, I also sometimes look back on those years with some grief, because I know I could have done so much better (and had more joy) if I’d have known what to do sooner.
In this video, I share some of my own personal story with adrenal fatigue, in the hope that other parents who may be struggling with similar symptoms may recognize (sooner than I did) that there are many things you can do to heal and regain your strength and energy.
