Last year's Snow White & the Huntsman, the upcoming Jack the Giant Slayer and today's release, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters are all weird, mish-mashed, fairy tale horror/action flicks that for some reason Hollywood seems to think we want. But do we? Do we really? In the case of Hansel & Gretel, it's trying to be too many things at once without going whole hog in any one direction. Which make for bad movie. Instead, watch Sean Connery as Borat with a space gun.
